At MainiHome, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returns and refunds.
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from MainiHome.
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team at service@mainihome.com and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Once your return is authorized, we will email you the specific return shipping address and detailed instructions (including RMA number if applicable).
Please do not ship items back before receiving approval and the correct return address. Returns sent to the U.S. Contact Office without authorization may not be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received
If the claim is approved, MainiHome will cover the return shipping cost for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with voluntary returns, including but not limited to:
- Changed mind
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer wanted
- Preference-related reasons
Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
- Products returned without original components when applicable
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned outside the 30-day return period
- Products that are not in resalable condition
Inspection and Approval
Once a returned item is received, we will inspect it to verify eligibility for a refund.
If the return meets the requirements outlined in this policy, the refund will be approved and processed.
If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, the refund request may be denied.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.
Refund Processing Issues
If you have received confirmation that a refund has been issued but the funds have not appeared after a reasonable period, please first contact your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges
MainiHome does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for the original order and place a new order separately.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that may be available to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
Certain states, including California, may provide additional consumer protections that apply where required by law.
